What did you like most about the interview process?
It was comfortable, transparent and quick. I knew rather quickly that I was being considered for the position and then offered the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have unlimited PTO and leaderships/managers that encourage you to take time off. It makes you work more productively in the office so you can enjoy your time off to the fullest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they are accessible and friendly, it's very normal to have a casual conversation with anyone on our leadership team. They are always willing to mentor, provide feedback or have a conversation about ideas you have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even in a tough market where talent is being paid highly, they decided to provide mid-year raises to ensure we're all being paid market value, if not more. It was a really nice gesture and made me feel appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our company is structured very uniquely where we have lots of teams that interact separately but also come together three times a year. I love that I can have a small team to work with and know on a deeper level but also interact with people from across the world and country.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's rewarding knowing that we provide excellent client experiences and considering our clients first. We will not take a job if it doesn't make sense and we're not the right fit, we want to ensure your success just as much as ours. That makes work easy knowing you're doing the right thing.
