What does the leadership team need to get better at?
treating people like people. My team needs to get better at treating all employees like they are humans and not machines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do way more work than I am compensated for. I even do manager tasks though I am not a manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my environment believe it or not are the customers. They are wonderful. They are always excited to be at chick-fil-a.
