That it was so simple and easy to get a job there which made me question how much people don't want this job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Either the managers need to step up and really speak to each employee about how their day in training is going have a one on one with each one or everybody will end up quitting myself as well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The workers are all socially and why did it between themselves all they do is talk about you and don't help at all even though you ask them multiple times do you have to speak to the manager and the manager doesn't do anything
