I've never been treated so horribly at any job I have worked for and I have an excellent resume with outstanding references.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers would be waiting in the lobby watching our directors at the window gossip and slender the employees openly for all to hear and there was very long wait times and many mistakes in the orders and the customers were complaining and upset.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping other's with explaining the culture, the job duties, the menu, and any expectations. At the Hudson Oaks Chick-fil-A there is so much gossip, slander, backbiting, and if you ask questions so that you can perform you job duties correctly you are treated very poorly.
