I just recently got hired at chic, and it has been an incredibly daunting and toxic experience. I have only worked there for maybe five days and i have hated all of it, i always wnated to work there because i thought it would be this lovely environment and i was upset to find the opposite.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing they made it seem like it was a healthy environment when it was toxic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers are feisty and argue with customers and their employees. Nobody works together nobody helps and nobody in there actually enjoys there job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I only worked for four days and the managers refused to help or train me in anything. If i even asked for help to find where they kept cup lids they would become angry and ignore me. I was treated with direspect and attitude a hostile enviornment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers would not train me to do anything and eould get frustrated or angry when i asked for help or training in something for example. I did not know hwo to change the milkshake cream and when i asked for help or demonstration they ignored and when the milkshake wasnt made they were angry
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody works together everybody is hostile and wants to fight. And being a newbie nobody offered to help or train me they just expected me to figure it out without anybody training me. They put me on a computer and didnt teach me how to use it and when i asked for help they all ignored or got angry
