My hard work often goes under-appreciated and i genuinely undervalued. Often times I feel as if I'm discriminated against as a black teenager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my coworkers are amazing people that keep me looking forward to the next shift. My managers on the other hand make me dread my next shift.
