First off they dont give 30 min breaks on a 8-9 hour shift, second the directors are unprofessional and take the "easy" jobs. i was wrongfully fired because of family emergencies and not calling, even though i sent a text every time. I have the names and i will not be silenced

trying to work together and making our customers feel like guests in a home.

he actually listened, and was what chick-fil-a is about. he was kind and helped me understand
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
new managers and upholding the values of chick-fil-a and the mission. treating employees with respect and communication with them. 30 minute breaks, etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
help voice out our leaders wrongs and stand up for unfairness, they are some of the most amazing people but other coworkers do not uphold the values of chick-fil-a, i feel "we care" is a joke because of it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
actually caring for their employees and having an understanding, i wanted a second chance to prove i could work but they didnt and the reasoning: "they could see a change they i was going to come into work but after a couple weeks i would do it again.
