What makes you most happy at work?

When they have the right manager in charge and when the owner is in the store, because the managers are working . Happy to work with co workers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co worker are just there to do what managers tell them to do, my co workers are a good friends, managers are the one whose creating hostile environment, by telling other employee to go to this other employee and tell her or him that they're slow .

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Be more professional Infront of your employees this is including telling other employee how bad is the other employee or rolling there eyes instead of giving corrective feedback and help them be better, instead of kept reporting to the highest manager Everytime you did a little mistake.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to communicate more better and treat everyone fair, no picking and choosing and favouritism. Most important, is to train and give more corrective feedback instead of putting the employee on the spot that they are stupid or slow. Treat the with respect, don't kept threatening to fire them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was not trained properly and I was trying my best to learn , I've been in the company for 8 months and doing really great at my job, my first month here was a struggle I've been learning from my mistakes. Now I can even be a team leader but I am not the favorite. I work hard and respectful .
