Great flexibility, but im extremely concerned about our leadership. An employee was encouraged to quit high school in order to staff our store, as well as the status of our vaccination decision(s) were requested. The store I work for has many unethical issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been at the store for over 4 years - but i enjoyed how laid back the process was.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our leadership is terrible, but the team is great. We are all struggling and stressed, but we have each other to lean on if there is an issue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Countless unethical issues - invasive vaccination implications, BOH director calling out every Monday with no repercussions, & BOH director is also encouraging students to quit high school for the store's staffing gain
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team needs to be nearly wiped clean. Our GM is condescending and does not resolve any issues. Our BOH director encouraged an employee to quit high school in order for the store to be staffed to the way she felt fit. It's just so wrong.
