Have meetings at all, have managers communicate on how your work performance is.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, ethics. Gossip is commonplace, and not in a casual way but often very malignant.

Support and guidance from some of the coworkers that help to speed up the work and make it more effective.
