The managers are rude to not only guests but other coworkers. They leave people outside in extreme weather conditions for their entire 8 hour shift. A director in training threw whip cream on a team members arm while he was order taking in front of guests. Night crew is constantly using bad words.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to fire people who dont have that secodn mile service they speak about in the beginning thats what chickfila is all about and kindness and this chickfila is the most unprofessional place i have ever seen
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about people that includes our customers and cowrkers. That place is like highschool and its because of the managers if youre not on their good side they'll leave you outside for hours or they'll take forever having someone replace your spot for restroom breaks or when your shift ends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated like a human being my Sr director told another team member he didnt want to have a merting with me about the things going on in his store because i put in my two weeks hes not interested in bettering the store nor is he interested in caring for his employees
