Seeing all my coworkers and spending time with them at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better about training employees properly. They are with employees for 5 minutes before leaving them all alone when training.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy working with my coworkers because they make it fun even when management doesnt. They also understand the same thoughts I have about the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly being thrown down by the store manager and working myself too hard only to be paid a little amount. It is not worth the pain.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask the right questions. We hire anyone and that is not right when our image is a people company, but you can't train people to have a good attitude. Not everyone is cut out for a fast paced environment.
