Everyone there treats you badly. It's always a favorite game. If you do one thing wrong they hold that against you and my boss is dating an employee and he gets to do whatever he wants.I'm his boss and he talks back to me and tells me what to do. I hate it there.

I make 13 as a manager that is stupid. I should be making at least 15 with the hours I work and with the extra work that comes with it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everyone starts to care more about you as a person its always the scores or too low or the sos is low never how are you and can I get you anything.
