It lets us see what the people are about and see if they have the attitude for the job

The people that i work with are amazing, everyone outside of leadership has a great attitude and always so kind
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much pur owner is awful and allowing a hostile work environment to continue despite multiple people bringing it to his attention
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to improve how they treat employees. A supirior has no right to threaten team members and create a toxic/ hostile work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benifits should be more available in todays market they need a insentive to work. Also incentives could be used to help provide a reason to be over worked
