Nothing ever made my day good when I worked at this location.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is terribly mismanaged, constantly plays favorites, and does not show any bit of care about their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many children working the night shift with leaders that have no clue what they are doing. They need better management and less children working at night during the busiest hours.
