The franchise that I am currently working for verbally stated they do not hire high school students, but they hire high school students as managers. Managers clock people in on their shifts late. I once got yelled at for not being in the dining room when I was told to serve food to customers.

Everyone is nice and friendly. The enviromnent used to be friendly.

Honestly the lady hired me and 2 weeks later she quit. So I am unable to answer that at the moment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I hope that when people post this they see what is going on in the company itself. But I like the family friendly atmosphere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to get better at leadership. Shift leaders do not communicate with employees on what they need to do. The shift leaders clock employees in without their knowledge. Shift leaders start bagging and walk away in the middle of bagging. They are unaware of their own job description.
