The team member themselves are the best people and only reason i have stayed so long

I get paid $13.75 while i am forced to do my shift leads job who gets payed $20.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need a whole new management in there they pick favorites and completely disregard when thier employees try and talk to them about problem in the kitchen
