Understanding the complaints of the people who actually do the work. Its like some of them dont work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Scheduled full time hours despite being part time, no benefits, no hourly flexibility (had to quit extracurriculars because they refused to change schedule)
