Better management better treatment of employees managers can treat us poorly but but if we have a problem with management we get fired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have any benefits or the benefits we do have are barely enough. The price we have to pay for food is not even enough to get food besides spending $5 more to eat
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We can either deal with all poor environment and poor working situation where managers throw things at people or we can choose to leave and let unwilling new people come in and experience this atrocities for themselves
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have managers who barely speak to other employees who throw things at employees and don't speak to them also claiming how they hate customer service they're just getting paid to be a manager and they don't care about anything else
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came from another store and I had family working at this location except my family did not know that it was going to get worse otherwise I would have stayed where I was even if that meant driving an hour each way to work
