Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation keeps hiking. Yet we are the lowest paying store in our area when we are sitting on a cash pile. I am an AD and have no sick time nor vacation. The health benefits are a bare minimum. And people talk so much junk behind one anothers back.
