They are forgiving and kind while still. If you have a worker(s) who is not doing their job, they will get onto them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think instead of texting a group chat that something is wrong, meet with the people in person. The meetings I hear about going on are only with trainers. Start getting onto people in person.
