Management defines the work ethic. Management enables poor behavior from former employees. Customer service is nonexistent due to poor training. If leadership can't do their job right, how can you expect a normal work to?
Communication. Favortism. Proffesionalism. Contribution. Equality. Keeping at home or family problems at bay. Not creating a hostile environment. Giving all employees the same amount of work and equal treatment. A manager isn't only limited to bagging and counting money, they can also help etc.
More strict on behaviorial writeups. Hiring the right people, meaning more face to face interviews. Enforcing the same rules to management. Limiting leadership like they do regular workers in regards to their phone, I doubt a manager needs to be using TikTok and Snapchat to communicate with someone.
