Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never get told i am a good worker, i work extra hard all the time doing 13+ hour shifts and dont get anything out of it but treated like garbage. Im constantly being bullied here Nd nothing has changed. Managemnt and the owner doesnt care about the employees.
