The people thinking they can run all my shift and then had it off to me
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very friendly but no one communicates with me so again when things go wrong they go wrong
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Soon as hire some one explain there roles right there and train the on videos right there. Every one goes to every one thats not a leader and tells them about catering and the manager on shift dont here and its the manager fault for a call in catering.
