Some of them are a lot nicer than the managers and they wont tell you to go kill yourself (yes a manager actually said this to me)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LISTEN TO YOU'RE EMPLOYEES!! When i went to matt are director he basically didnt believe a word i said. He continued to let jennifer be a bully. Leadership is a joke you either get constantly yelled at on morning shift or on night shift you get mangers who sit on their phone.
