Honestly just be nicer and dont have favorites and treat everyone equally.

THERES NO BENEFITS. WE'RE UNDERVALUED AND UNDERPAID. EVEN THE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY COMPARED TO THE PEASANT EMPLOYEES
