What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not creating a hostile work place our managers do things that are hostile and illegal I've heard managers even make inappropriate racial comments, they have favoritism and group write ups for one person doing something
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works so hard and we are basically a family the workers and even a couple of the managers are awesome and are one of the reasons I have stayed I've never worked with harder working people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because new male employees doing similar jobs start at more then what its taken me 3 years to make also in my position I've been made to do my work and other peoples work and i can work every position...
