We all need to help one another and offer assistance without question. When someone is standing around when others are working, that’s a problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am sometimes working three different positions at once and getting paid the same as someone who stands around. I think a great work ethic should be rewarded and compensated for.
