The culture and environment surrounding my company is that of appreciation from our customers and a respectable inquiry from my bosses.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about getting to assist all of the customers at my work and socializing/meeting different people every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that they took the time to not ask generic or average questions and instead decided to try to get to know me and my passions in life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at my place of employment gets along easily because we realize that cooperation is the key to success. We all understand our responsibilities and how to best work together to accomplish them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid a fair wage that is above the standard and minimum for my state. Since I am not full time, I am not eligible for any extra perks or compensatory packages as of yet.
