I would feel better compensated if I had benefits. I work full-time.

The leadership is wonderful. They need to get better at communicating expectations with the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a lot of young and immature employees who do not know how to act professionally.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was a two part process so that I was able to meet a manager I would be working with daily, as well as the owner
