Always positive and upbeat, everyone enjoys working together and being there

They're always supportive, willing to work with you, and wanting to help everyone to get better at what they do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is decently above minimum wage which is nice for fast food. Opportunities for raises for team members without promotion is nice as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is happy and smiling while at work. Most of them love the job and it's more than just work. They genuinely care about the guests and do what they can to take care of everyone
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired directly by our franchise owner who was joyful and excited about the job, which gave me a positive outlook from the start and made it something I looked forward to from my first day
What makes you most happy at work?
Our community, all the time. I can be having an awful day and feeling like my life is falling apart, but the moment I walk into work, the smiles of my coworkers and guests light up the room, a kid comes to order an ice cream cone and it makes their day that I let them make it themselves, it's a joy.
