expectations were pretty forward but some variety would be nice

pay what is earned because without the food the customers would not pay to eat here

making my food look good and making sure it is safe; completing orders in record time
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they talk each other behind their backs and pretend to be nice sometimes assuming something without actually talking to a person is just irresponsible communication
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication amongst them affects the rest of the team; I feel like a walking tape recorder or memo file and micromanaging has to stop I know how to do the job if I didn't you would not have hired me
