They are helpful and encouraging. No one is left alone and teamwork and hard work ethic is strongly emphasized.

They are quick learners, and fully participate with the rest of the crew. They not only do their job, but continuously go above and beyond.
What makes you most happy at work?
One big part of my job that I really enjoy is getting to know, and build relationships not just with coworkers, but our regular customers as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I personally don't use the company's compensation package, but regarding other benefits, I have received $2500 in scholarships and have been able to take advantage of the provided health insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about the culture, is the leadership team's willingness to help me grow not just as an employee, but as a person. They are patient and encouraging.
