We are all friendly because we genuinely want to, not because we are expected to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all positive and instantly make friends with everyone. They just all have the most optimistic perception on everything and want to treat people the best they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so positive and they do not appear as if they are a level(s) higher than any of us general workers.They actually care for you and want the best for each and everyone of us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer had a more relaxed style of onterviewing and actually wanted to know who I was. You could tell she actually wanted to know the real me and didn't aim to make me feel nervous or anything of the sort.
