I think we, as team members do a lot of work that we don't get recognized for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members. They all work together and they have to, the leaders are too caught up in their own powers that they dont really do anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leaders need to get their heads in the right place and start treating their employees with respect. Team members do the load of the work and get no respect from the leaders.
