Communicating to all team members so that I am prepared to ensure each guest is being taken care of.

My coworkers and their ability to ensure guest satisfaction and creating a positive work culture, regardless of management mishaps and their lack of communication.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not sleeping with the staff, not providing all the necessary gear to go outside in inclement weather, dropping pay without any notice, not communicating about seasonal directives or out of stock items, and sending out hostile and discriminating messages via Hotschedules.
