Whenever someone has questions, they are always willing to help and work together to come to a solution efficiently.
What makes you most happy at work?
The little interactions with customers and co-workers really tend to brighten my day, even with little things like smiles or saying thank you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because of Chick-fil-A's commitment to second-mile service, the culture is always focussed on spreading positivity and kindness, which makes the work environment very positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a part-time worker, there is not a compensation package. However, I am satisfied with the hourly rate for the number of hours I am working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about all of the workers' needs, as well as their happiness. They balance the performance of the restaurant with feedback from the customers and workers to create the best experience possible for everyone.
