In the beginning, my work experience started great then went downhill. Now I show up to work dreading it due to the sheer toxicness. I hate that they choose favorites and bend the rules for their favorites. I try my best to come to work with a smile but lately, I can't handle the bad atmosphere.

To manage a team better, and to learn how to respect us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If my manager could stop playing favorites and treating everyone fairly. If they want to follow the rules then they have to follow the rules for everybody. That includes the directors and the managers learning to follow the rules and stop playing favorites with their coworkers.
