Take better care of each other.. Help on another.. Treat the employees like you would the customers..

The general manager says one thing during the interview, but once your hired, everything she said was a lie
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking better care of their employees.. I got hurt seriously at work, and was never given any medical treatment nor saw a company doctor. Was not allowed to come back to work for 3 months, then I was let go from what other employees told me.. I'm still in severe pain.. Seeking legal action..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like have to been treated fairly and to get the treatment I deserved.. I went months with no pay, almost lost my home, and no one from the chick fil a in Fort Oglethorpe will talk to me or help me.. I will be getting a lawyer and telling newspapers about this.. Just unfair.. Non Christians.
