Not an ideal work environment. Managers need a lot of training to work on employee interaction. Managers and Owner/operator are very aggressive and impulsive. Also, managers give out a sense of false hope and manipulation

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking and communicating in a proper calm manner to their team members. Stop making impulsive decisions that only impact their workers. Be more humane.
