What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers because we are all in the same situation with the owner of our brand and his wife. We all are put through the same horrific conditions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i was being paid fairly for the job that i do. I stand out in 100 degree florida heat with no fans and barely any water while having to put a smile on my face and be able to care for a customers needs.
