My team that I work with is generally willing to do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. No one wants to be present on a terrible shift so we make it the best we can with what we have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team should pay more attention to and focus more on nurturing their team members to make them better. We need better staffing and more effective leadership and more of them. More than everything the lower leadership needs to be treated better and with more respect.
