What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We only have one manager that is a pleasure to work with. All the others are bullies who intimidate and make our shift miserable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we have two managers that treat people like they are dirt under Their feet. They are bullies who intimidate and disrespect everyone around them and the owner/operator does nothing about it! Very disappointing!
