The interview was great, they were nice but then working was the actual problem.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was treated unfair, I got complaints about my hair, makeup when other team members had color hair. My hair was blonde.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team is rude and unhelpful. they complained about my work but never tried to talk to me about my behavior. just fired me without a single warning. Leaders had a rude attitude and would get made when being talked back rudely.
