We are always in a good mood and everyone likes to talk to each other and get the work done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are low on staff in FOH and BOH so it takes longer for customers to get their food orders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been working at this company for more than 2 years and not once have I felt like I belong here nor do I feel appreciate
