It was easy, fast and went through 3 interviews.
The regular employees and most of leadership as they cared for one another, worked together and worked hard. Helping each other out when needed and getting things done.
Leadership overall is great besides some who've been there to long. Don't take recommendations greatly, ignore them and take the "my way or highway" attitude, letting their position get to them. Put more work and stress on employees for the same pay rate.
The people who genuinely care about others as the whole tram suffers from the incompetence of those managing the store. They listen to everything one sided without listening or even meeting with that employee to discuss their issues. Regular employees are great at their job help each other out.
I would train people at regular pay without getting a promotion or the same pay as tram trainers, would them promote the people I've trained who've been at the location for less then half the time I've been working there. Promoting people who haven't been trained in certain areas/little experience.
