The company itself is amazing! That's why I was so excited to work there. That said the owner of my location refuses to pay overtime, won't allow those who have tested positive to take sick leave (basically forcing them to work with food while sick), and never shows up or offers raises.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I wasn't even interviewed I was just hired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am currently part time but I really appreciate the $10 towards food and free drinks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers are amazing and the team is very close. One manager said to me one time, "It's like we're all trauma bonded."
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our location is so slow and there are customer witnessed fights monthly so it's hard for customers to have the proper chickfila experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I absoloutely love all of my managers! They put up with so much from our owner and do the majority of his job without recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost all of the team is amazing however the annomalies to this have caused full on fights both in back and in front of the customers.
