Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started at a low salary for the position. Feel like the number of tasks and responsibilities I have been given/assigned/learned do not match the job description anymore and I should be compensated for my current workload.

Think I just came in the at the base base salary and for the work being completed should receive slightly more in compensation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was fast and straightforward. I heard back within 24 hours of applying, interviewed with a recruiter and three team members and received an offer letter within 8 days of submitting an application.
