What makes you most happy at work?

Clocking out at the end of my shift.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My second shift employee is always easy to talk to. He makes going in a little more bearable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. There also needs to be a higher priority of hiring new employees. Most stores in my town a severely understaffed, because the pay is very low and the work required is very mentally taxing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The only positive thing about this company, is that it is one of the few hourly positions that offers paid sick leave. Even if it is only +6 hours a month that you gain, its better than nothing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work 7 days a week most times. I show up when other people wont, and i do my job the best i can. By no means am i a perfect employee, but i work hard. The customers are nightmares, so most new hires dont last. I feel i should be compensated for the fact i stayed, and showed up when others wont.
