The amount of labor they expect and the quality of service they expect while being understaffed.

Most employees were a family. Brought together by this company. Even though most didn't last , the bond between remained.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you continue to add more stuff for employees to work on while being understaffed , the quality of customer service is affected. The pressure the employees have its way too much.
